Programme Details
Kids build on fundamental movement skills and start learning structured strength exercises using light resistance like bands and broomsticks. Speed and agility drills framed as games develop quickness and power.
Classes introduce age-appropriate exercises, games and drills to develop strength, speed and coordination in a safe, encouraging setting.
We also begin to teach proper technique for simple strength movements using light resistance bands and medicine balls. This helps build joint stability and muscular endurance without overloading young bodies.
Kids learn discipline and self-confidence as they see their agility and coordination improve. Our coaches stress safety and progressions so children master the basics before advancing to more challenging movements.
